VR & Immersive

Together towards even better Immersive and VR experiences!

Our fascination with everything about 'VR', 'immersive' and '360°' has put us on this train. Will you join us?

Hello there! I'm Tjaart Venema, one of the creative thinkers and co-founders of Fixvision. At Fixvision, we're passionately engaged in designing and creating Immersive and VR content. We provide training for schools, emergency services, vocational training, and captivating visual material for exhibitions, among other things. Our fascination with everything related to Immersive, VR, and 360° has put us on this journey over the past five years. We're still on the road, and every day we become more excited about the possibilities this technology offers.

With a dream team:

Fixvision is a team of super talented scriptwriters, 3D artists, graphic designers, software programmers, and animators. Our goal: to develop interactive lessons that enhance student learning, create effective training programs, make art and culture shine, and produce content that is both entertaining and educational. Every day, we strive to improve in these areas. That's why, in a few sentences, I'm going to invite you to join us on this journey and share your thoughts and ideas with us.

Why now?

A while back, our new website was launched, including a section where you can find everything about the Immersive and VR products we make. I've been thinking about blogging on this topic for a long time, and this seemed like the perfect moment to start. But yes, there are already quite a few experts and enthusiasts writing articles about Immersive learning and the increasing use of VR in museums.

And now?

Well, I'd like to seek tips and advice from and for Immersive and VR users. Tips to continually improve immersive learning and VR experiences in general. And because I believe in the power of collaboration and the wisdom of the crowd, I'm asking all of you to join in. Whether you're a teacher, student, trainer, curator, or artist, your experiences and insights with VR can help (future) users and creators make Immersive and VR experiences even more effective.

Keep going.

For example, what does a student need to be optimally challenged, regardless of the subject of the training? What essential elements should we add to an experience to optimize the user's flow and focus? How can we use the gaming element in training as effectively as possible, and what are challenging gaming elements for young people? How can we package art, culture, and history in a unique and inspiring interactive way, so that we see more young people again in the many fantastic museums our country has to offer? Ideas and suggestions are more than welcome! Together, we may be able to push the boundaries of what's possible and reach new levels of immersive learning.
