Step by step
To make sure everything is as clear as possible, we carefully designed a process to go through.
1. Intake
Together we go through the plans. We determine what the broadcast should look like, who will do what and what the time schedule looks like. After this, our technical team makes a design.
2. Technical design
We determine the camera positions and the lighting. We also look at how the show will run technically well. Think, for example, of the input for speakers and the use of videos/slides.
3. Graphic design
We make a design for the opening, closure and lower-thirds (name plates). In addition, we can provide support where necessary with the creation of other graphic content.
4. Drafting script
In collaboration with the client, we draw up a script/planning for the walk-through and the live show. You won't be faced with any surprises.
5. Studio
Alle records are made in our own recording studio in The Hague or on location. We receive the speakers in a safe way. There is an opportunity to relax with a cup of fresh coffee.
6. Delivery
We edit the broadcast. You will receive the file within 24 hours and so that you can upload it on Youtube or Vimeo or you can post it on social media.

Set up webinar platform
In het initial stage of the proces, we choose a webinar platform* together from which the broadcast can be streamed. After that, the platform must be set up for live use. For this we do the following:

Broadcast on location
Please note: a good internet connection with sufficient bandwidth is an absolute requirement for a broadcast on location! The cameras, microphones and lightings are set up about 2 to 3 hours before the live broadcast. This is followed by a short test of all equipment and the internet connection. We clean up everything afterwards and we leave the room as we found it.
Amplification audio for live audience
We can amplify all the sound in the room by placing extra speakers and the usage of adapted microphones. This way, the table guests and public will be part of the talk show.
Supervise and train moderators
Fixvision provides individual training (of half a day) for new moderators in which they learn to deal with the webinar platform. We do a walk-through of a simulated webinar to practice broadcasting a live webinar. Fixvision is the point of contact and advisor during the process. Prefer a Fixvision moderator?
